We want you to love Storage Snap. If you're not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle (our Merchant of Record).

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
  2. Or email us at support@storagesnap.app and we'll initiate it for you.

Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Subscription renewals

Annual and monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page in your account, which stops future charges. If a renewal charge surprises you, contact us within 14 days of the renewal date and we'll work with you on a fair resolution.

Free plan

The free plan is, well, free — no payment, nothing to refund.
